Sber customers who activate the service for checking incoming calls in the SberBank Online application before November 12 will receive a bonus of 300 SberThanks, and the service for checking transfers of their loved ones will become free. This was reported by the press service of the financial institution, which explained that such decisions were made in connection with the Green Day campaign.
Sberbank announced that its incoming call checking service is able to warn of fake calls and suggest important ones. Supports the ability to block dangerous calls and identify such calls in popular instant messengers.
The company added that the list of fake numbers is updated every day and is therefore always up to date.
The service model uses artificial intelligence technologies and was developed by the bank’s cybersecurity experts.
Sberbank also reported that from November 9, the service “Checking Translations of a Loved One” has become free and up to three people can connect to this service. The campaign will continue until May 31. The client simply selects from the contact list in SberBank Online the person whose transfers he wants to control and receive confirmation of. From now on, the service user will be able to reject suspicious transfers from a loved one to protect his money from fraudsters.
