“In the first ten months of the year, it brought 5.99 trillion rubles to the state. So, to date, the mining tax on oil has provided two-thirds of the planned annual volume of oil and gas revenues,” said the expert.

The expert said that there was a natural decrease in the share of oil and natural gas revenues in natural gas revenues this year. Frolov also explained the observed decline in oil and gas revenues by the fact that during the year the volume of blue fuel pipeline exports will naturally decrease by at least 100 billion cubic meters. m compared to 2021.

Reportedly Online The Ministry of Finance’s oil and natural gas revenues amounted to 7 billion 210 billion rubles in the first 10 months of 2023, decreasing by 26.3% compared to the previous year. “It is noted that the monthly dynamics of oil and gas revenues remain at a level that significantly exceeds their base size (8 trillion rubles per year). Thus, the volume of oil and gas revenues in October exceeded the level of the same month in 2022 by 27%.
