It is stated that “Arctic Mortgage” will operate in the Murmansk region, the Nenets, Yamalo-Nenets and Chukotka Autonomous Okrugs, as well as the northern municipalities of the Arkhangelsk region, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Yakutia, Karelia and Komi.
The preferential program will be available to spouses or unmarried borrowers who are not older than 36 years of age and have at least one child under 19 years of age. Within the scope of the Arctic Hectare program, free land buyers, participants in the Increasing Labor Mobility program, and doctors and teachers between the ages of 21-70 can also receive loans with government support.
Before that, from October 24, VTB Bank I started to get “Arctic” mortgage applications. The first transactions will take place in early November. As part of the programme, it will be possible to purchase apartments and townhouses on the primary market, as well as secondary properties in villages, hamlets and mono-industrial towns.
