As part of the Russian-Chinese energy business forum that started in Beijing, the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) presented its Russian colleagues with its own developments in the field of equipment manufacturing, as well as products and solutions for digitalization of production processes. . At the headquarters of the engineering and technological research institute of the CNPC company, event participants were shown lines for the production of tools, devices and various equipment.
Additionally, CNPC’s Kunlun Digital Technology Company presented guests with the latest achievements in the intellectualization of oil and gas fields, digitalization of processes along the entire production chain, and industrial safety.
A technical tour was organized for the forum guests to the pilot industrial site of the Low Carbon Development Research Institute of CHN Energy Corporation. Participants were informed about the developments in clean technologies for coal processing and carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS). Chinese scientists demonstrated experimental and pilot facilities for the production of fuel and new materials.
Rosneft also provided information about the roundtable meetings held during the business forum. In the discussion organized by the People’s University of China, energy security and energy transformation issues were especially touched upon.
As part of the discussion organized by CNNC, experts discussed the development of digital nuclear energy using the example of the use of IT products in the implementation of joint Russian-Chinese projects.
Representatives of the China Coal Engineering and Technology Enterprise (CCTEG) discussed Russia-China cooperation in the development of the coal industry, as well as new technologies for coal mining, at the roundtable “Safe and efficient technologies and intelligent equipment systems for coal mining”. clean use, extraction and processing of coal.
This year, about 500 experts take part in the forum events: politicians, representatives of the largest Russian and Chinese companies in various sectors, scientists, academics and analysts.
