Prices of rental houses for tourists in Turkey’s popular holiday resorts have dropped by up to 30 percent compared to summer. This was reported by TASS With a link to the online booking service Sutochno.ru.
According to the company, the biggest price drop in October was recorded in Çamyuva, with a 30% drop to 6.1 thousand ₽ per day. Rates dropped significantly in Kemer (-19% to 5.5 thousand ₽), Belek (-18% to 6.5 thousand ₽) and Mersin (-17% to 3.1 thousand ₽) . Prices in Kuşadası decreased by 8 percent to 4.9 thousand ₽, in Avsallar by 5 percent and in Antalya by 3 percent. At the same time, it increased by 8 percent to 5.5 thousand ₽ in Alanya, and by 5 percent to 5.2 thousand ₽ in Istanbul.
According to Sutochno.ru, the average cost of rental housing in Turkey in October was ₽5 thousand per day. This is 6% less than in the summer months. The most popular are Alanya, Istanbul, Antalya, Avsallar and Mersin.
