Sber became the first bank in Russia to develop management processes for self-service devices. Now it works on 100% of ATMs and Sber information and payment terminals, including those with self-collection functions, the company’s press service reported.
It is stated that the ATM transaction allows you to make transactions using QR code, SberPay and Mir Pay using cards, biometrics and using a smartphone.
The company is confident that thanks to processing, Sber will be able to significantly increase the speed of delivering new functions to customers.
Sber also announced that the share of the company’s own software in the software used to manage ATMs is 96%.
Sberbank Senior Vice President of Sales Network Tatyana Galkina described the creation of its own ATM processing system as a tectonic shift on the path of technological transformation of the ATM network and emphasized that the company has been working on this for more than a year. .

“Thanks to its processing, Sber will be able to significantly increase the speed of delivering new useful functions for customers, significantly reduce the cost of owning IT infrastructure and at the same time ensure a high level of reliability and security,” Galkina said.
