Deputy Prime Minister for the Development of the Country’s Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Alexander Kubrakov said that due to the expiration of the grain agreement, the export potential of Ukrainian ports has decreased by 40%. This was reported by Klymenko Time.
“Since the withdrawal of the Russian Federation from the grain agreement, the export potential of ports has decreased by 40%,” said the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine.
