According to the news, the agency’s board of directors decided to terminate ACRA CEO Mikhail Sukhov’s powers on its own initiative, effective August 30. He will become an ACRA Board Advisor.

“Vladimir Gusakov, Member of the ACRA Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Moscow Stock Exchange for Issuer Relations and Authorities, has been appointed CEO of ACRA,” the agency said.

Sukhov himself said that his decision to leave the ACRA chair was linked to “achievement of his goals in business and management, and his desire to focus on more creative methodological and analytical areas in ACRA.”

Mikhail Sukhov, former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Russia, joined ACRA in the spring of 2020. Between 1993 and 2016, he held various positions in the Central Bank of Russia, in particular he served as the Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank for four years. He served as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of VTB Bank in 2016-2018.

Formerly Moscow Stock Exchange still record trading volume on the stock market since February 2022.
