The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Community Services of the Russian Federation announced its intention to create a staff reserve of experienced specialists for the construction industry. This was reported by Kommersant with reference to Alexei Tikhomirov, Director of the Department for Permit Activities and Interdepartmental Cooperation, Ministry of Construction.
According to Tikhomirov, the Ministry of Construction plans to develop a concept for the creation of a staff reserve, which will include qualified managers in the construction industry. First of all, the reserve will be a pool of experts who can optimize business processes in the industry.
The Ministry of Construction states that there is a great need for personnel in the regions of Russia that have been annexed in recent years. The department also aims to provide internship and training opportunities for industry professionals.
