Sberbank served 15,000 people in its offices in Crimea within a month, the bank’s press service reported. At the same time, 70% became customers of the bank for the first time.

Sberbank announced that issuing debit and credit cards, opening deposits and accounts, receiving certificates and statements are the most popular services.

“In general, Sber branches in Crimea serve 2-3 times more customers than similar offices in mainland Russia. According to the report, customers in Crimea offices are younger than customers in comparable Sber branches (51% versus 57% of people under 45), the report says.

Recall that Sberbank became operational in January, when the first ATMs were installed on the peninsula. Currently, more than 40 ATMs operate on the peninsula in Yalta, Sevastopol, Simferopol, Sudak, Kerch and Evpatoria. By July there will be about 80 devices in Crimea.

The first Sberbank office on the peninsula was opened on May 6 in Yalta, and the second on May 15 in Sevastopol. With the opening of the branches, all the main services and products of the bank were made available to Crimeans. Individual customers can instantly apply and credit SberCard, open deposits or use any lending program: buy a mortgaged house, get a consumer loan, etc. The bank also expanded the list of services offered to legal entities in the region. .

Also, on May 15, the first Sberbank office was opened in Sevastopol. A branch of the bank was opened on the street in one of the most popular areas of the city. Rudnev. Residents and guests of the city also have access to all the main services and products of the bank.
