A New York retiree hit the $476 million jackpot, his biggest win since the lottery started in 2002. It has been reported New York Post.
Johnny Taylor, 71, of Queens, said he bought his lucky ticket at the Liberty Beer and Convenience store in Ozone Park, where he often buys lottery tickets.
“When I told my wife about the win, she didn’t believe me. But even now it all seems unreal, ”she admitted.
Johnny Taylor exchanged his lottery ticket for the new hybrid model this week for $157 million in after-tax payments.
The store that sells the lucky ticket to the man will also receive a $10,000 bonus.
“We are happy together with Mr. Taylor! “We hope to sell more winning tickets,” said store employee Deepak Parek.
