“SUEK is considering the possibility of increasing the volume of resource supply to friendly countries by both increasing maritime transport and improving land exports,” the ministry’s press release said.
Previously reportedIt has been announced that SUEK, Russia’s largest coal exporter, will triple its sales to China.
“We plan to increase sales in the Chinese market more than three times this year, the volumes will exceed 20 million tons,” Basov said.
According to him, the main buyer of the company’s products in 2022 was South Korea, and before that the European Union (EU). China should be the main market this year.
