The volume of suspicious transactions with signs of withdrawal abroad in 2022 turned out to be the lowest in the entire monitoring period and amounted to 36 billion rubles. This has been reported area Bank of Russia.
Compared with 2021, this indicator decreased by 16% – 36 billion rubles compared to 43 billion rubles a year ago. The regulator states, first of all, that the 1.6-fold reduction in the volume of dubious advance payments for imported goods facilitates this.
At the same time, the volume of cash withdrawals in the banking sector slightly exceeded the 2021 figures to 64 billion rubles, while in the non-banking sector it decreased by 5% to 29 billion rubles.
In addition, analysts noted a twofold increase in the volume of cash withdrawals from bank cards and accounts of individuals and individual entrepreneurs, while the volume of suspicious transactions in executive documents decreased by 2.5 times.
