A Moscow-based snack maker has managed to more than double its production by producing 1.5 million packages of chickpea chips in 2022. In this respect declaration Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy (DIPP).
“At the end of 2022, the snack maker has managed to more than double its production, producing 1.5 million packages of chickpea chips,” Ovchinsky said.
According to him, products in Moscow are produced by more than 200 enterprises, including fairly young companies. They are actively modernizing their production, investing in development and expanding the product range.
Shelldon CEO Andrey Kazakov added that chickpea chips are an alternative to potato chips. They also consist of natural ingredients and no sugar, gluten, preservatives and dyes are added to the manufacturing process.
