Sberbank repeated its success in 2021 and for the second time in a row topped the ranking of the best employers in Russia among the largest companies, according to HeadHunter.ru.
“In 2022, our team was constantly on the go. To restructure the team and the business, it was necessary to support employees, many of whom were two or even three. For example: the number of calls to our call center was twice what is considered the peak, ”said Natalya Dudina, Senior Vice President of HR at Sberbank.
According to him, 2022 made it possible to acquire an important competence that Sberbank defines as resilience. “For us, it’s the ability to punch, stay effective in a stressful situation, find strength and energy, and stay human. It inspires and gives strength when I see how resilient our team is. This is how the desire to do one’s job and do it well is formed,” said N. Dudina.
According to him, today’s best HR practices are based on any company’s need to fight for the customer. “Ultimately, customer focus should be at the forefront and this is also the company’s policy regarding employees,” said N. Dudina.
The top 5 of the HeadHunter.ru rating also include Yandex, Alfa-Bank, VK and Tinkoff. According to HH, various aspects are considered when compiling the rating, in which about 2,000 employers from all over the Russian Federation applied for participation. It is evaluated especially in terms of company employees and applicants, and the level of development in the HR processes implemented by the company participating in the rating is also measured.
