Lukoil signed an agreement to sell its ISAB refinery in Italy to GOI Energy and Trafigura. TASS with reference to the company.

Former CEO of the largest Russian oil company Lukoil Vadim Vorobyov declarationthat the company does not supply petroleum products to Ukraine. He announced that the Lukoil factory in Bulgaria sends petroleum products to the Bulgarian domestic market for export.
Vorobyov commented on allowing the export of oil products of Russian origin from EU countries to Ukraine. This authorization is specified in the ninth EU sanctions package.
According to Bulgarian National Radio, due to the new sanctions, the Lukoil plant will be able to continue to sell its oil products in Bulgaria or Ukraine. From February 5, 2023, its sale will be banned in EU and third countries.
