CNN: McDonald’s chief warns of staff cuts in 2023 01:16

McDonald’s CEO Chris Kempchinski has warned employees of impending corporate staff cuts. This is indicated in a letter to the employees of the institution, the content of which is given by the TV channel. CNN.

According to Kempchinski, some existing jobs will be moved or eliminated. McDonald’s management will evaluate the roles and levels of staff in the organization and, after appropriate discussion, individual projects will be de-prioritized or discontinued altogether.

As the McDonald’s president stated in his letter, the company needs to demonstrate greater efficiency and speed, cut costs and free up resources for development investments.

According to CNN, McDonald’s plans to announce its staff plans by April 3.
