“Once again, perhaps next year, I suggest that you begin to expand the practices of the good regions that are advancing. <...> And we need to study and apply this positive experience. And do not strive to live on subsidies, ”says the head of the department.
The Minister stressed that the authorities of the issue should make more efforts than ever to make the region attractive for investment.
