“Technical character”
HeadHunter representatives stated in an interview with socialbites.ca that entering the ARI record will not change anything in the welding process.
“The inclusion of hh.ru in this registry is of a technical nature and does not change anything in the company’s work. All user data is collected, stored and processed in strict accordance with the law, as before. HeadHunter said that the procedures and processes for processing requests from regulatory and supervisory authorities to provide certain data are regulated.
“As with the services of other large IT companies, the hh.ru interface has a built-in communication platform (messenger), which is an additional object of regulation,” the representatives of the recruitment resource added.
350 defendants
Amendments to the law on access to information were adopted on 1 August 2014. To date, 348 items have been listed in the registry. Among the participants are the services of Yandex, VKontakte, Mail.Ru, LiveJournal, Vimeo.com, Bla Bla Car (blablacar.ru), 2gis.ru and others.
In addition to various services, some media are also included in the ARI registry. Recently, the list has been actively replenished by the media in the regions (fontanka.ru, doctorpiter.ru, ulpressa.ru, altapress.ru, sutynews.ru, tvernews.ru and others).
In mid-January, it was reported that a number of Yandex services were included in the list – Yandex.Taxi, Yandex.Food, Yandex.Lavka and Yandex.Micromobility.
Earlier, Roskomnadzor blocked the Scryptmail.com mail service due to the owner not providing the data necessary for the service to enter the ARI registry. The Tagansky Court in Moscow satisfied the ministry’s claim. According to RBC sources, the FSB’s interest in Scryptmail.com may be due to reports of false mining from email addresses with this domain.
