Among the best paid roles are finance and insurance professionals at about 155.5 thousand rubles, aviation industry specialists at 151.9 thousand rubles, and tobacco product manufacturers at 142.3 thousand rubles.

The list of the ten highest paying industries also highlights aquaculture and fishing, along with the iron ore sector, each offering roughly 109 thousand rubles on average.

Meanwhile, wages in lighter industries, farming, and service sectors remain comparatively modest. Clothing manufacturers average about 33.5 thousand rubles, restaurant and catering staff around 39.1 thousand rubles, and postal and courier workers near 39.9 thousand rubles.

FinExpertsiza notes that the Russian fashion scene is expanding as Western retailers retreat, while domestic producers are gaining more consumer demand. The sector has picked up momentum thanks to a surge in custom tailoring and made-to-measure offerings.
