Formerly located in the Belgorod region, the company produced 120 thousand sets per year, but now the annual production will be 280 thousand sets.
This production expansion was made possible thanks to investments of more than 390 million rubles, of which 300 million rubles was a soft loan from the Industrial Development Fund (IDF), the company reports press service.

“Thanks to the FRP project, we have the possibility to produce all mechanically processed parts by injection molding and weighing up to 3 kg. Now we have been able to locate the production of gearbox components, which were previously supplied from abroad, in Russia. At the same time, we have also created 21 highly productive workplaces,” said Vladimir Boev, Managing Director of SOATE JSC.
Given the doubling of the factory’s productivity, imports of these products were completely replaced by domestic products, the factory said. Previously, 50% of such parts were made abroad, mainly from Europe. Now both the parts and the raw materials from which they are made are domestic, the quality corresponds to the world level and the prices are lower.
