The main problems, according to Chinese drivers, are poor sound insulation, insufficiently bright headlights and an unpleasant smell in the interior of new cars, as well as various types of breakdowns – some brands have more, others less.
JD Power experts traditionally count the number of service calls for every 100 vehicles, and the brand with the fewest calls is recognized as the most reliable.
According to the smallest number of calls to the service, the first line of the rating was occupied by Changan brand cars. A total of 209 problems per 100 vehicles were registered.
In second and third place are Chery and GAC Trumpchi, whose performance is not much different from Changan’s result – 215 hits for every 100 vehicles.
