New automobile sales in Russia in 2025 will not exceed 1.5 million customs, guesses Avtostat Analytical Agency.
“Even with the combination of the most favorable conditions, experts believe that in 2025, 1.49 million new cars will be sold in Russia. Since last year, the market volume was 1.57 million units, a positive scenario is expected to decline by 5%,” he said.
According to Avtostat’s basic estimation, 1.38 million new cars will be sold in Russia, which is 12% less than 2024 in Russia. A negative estimation includes a 20% drop of the market up to 1.25 million cars.
In 2025, negative factors for Russia’s new machinery market, the growth of usage fee, reduce the availability of loans and high inflation due to high prices and the price of machines increased more.
