In Togliatti, an employee of the BBS-Stamp company bribed an AvtoVAZ foreman to cover up the marriage. In this regard reports “Review” with reference to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Avtozavodsky district of the city.

“At the end of 2023, the defendant approached the foreman of the Lada Vesta car assembly line of AvtoVAZ PJSC with a proposal to provide quality service and not to inform the workshop management about repeatedly detected defects in the latches of the mating part of the locks on cars from BBS-Stamp,” the message says.

The AvtoVAZ foreman refused the bribe and reported the incident to the AvtoVAZ security service, as well as the police.

A criminal case has been opened for bribing an official. The perpetrator is reportedly facing up to 8 years in prison.

It happened before that knownIn Tolyatti, the head of the personnel and labor protection department of Lada Sport LLC and an employee of the accounting department of AvtoVAZ OJSC were suspected of fraud.

According to investigators, the accomplices fictitiously employed three workers at Lada Sport. From September 2017 to December 2023, wages were transferred to work cards in the hands of women. The accomplices withdrew the money and disposed of it at their own discretion. The total amount of stolen funds exceeded 8 million rubles.

Lada Sport LLC is a company founded by AvtoVAZ. It produces cars. Vladislav Nezvankin is listed as the director of the company since 2016.
