“The cyclists plan to rent a hall, where exactly it is not yet known. They want to say goodbye to Tanya. Common-law husband Stas organizes everything. My son (Tanya’s brother) also flew to Turkey to help with transportation. Farewell will be on Sunday,” said the girl’s father.
According to him, MotoTani’s funeral will take place in his small hometown of Tara.
The accident in which Özolina lost her life occurred near Sarıçay village on the highway between Seke and Milas. Blogger Onur Obut hit the motorcycle from behind. The motorcycle overturned due to the impact and the woman was thrown 26 meters away. Her helmet came off during the accident.
A criminal case has been opened over the accident. The Turkish cyclist faces up to 6 years in prison under local law. A medical examination revealed he was sober at the time of the accident.
