Chechen blogger Askhab Tamaev is being checked by the police for getting behind the wheel three days after his license was taken away. reports Life with link to Shot Telegram channel.
“The blogger, driving a Mercedes, showed up in Grozny. He calmly drove around the city and posted the video on the Internet. Now the video has become the subject of investigation by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and according to its results Askhab could be arrested for 15 days or fined 30 thousand rubles.
It happened before that knownHe said that two protocols were drawn up against Tamaev for repeated use of an unregistered vehicle. The court found him guilty of committing administrative offenses (Part 1.1 of Article 12.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) and imposed a penalty in the form of deprivation of rights for each protocol.
It later turned out that Tamaev was deprived of his license because of an unregistered Rolls-Royce.
