In Belarus, Russian automaker AvtoVAZ is selling the new Lada Granta at discounted prices. In this respect reports Portal Quto.ru, which reviews price lists of a local dealer of the brand.
According to the publication, Lada Granta with an 8-valve “aspirated” engine with a power of 90 hp is available in Belarus. They offer to buy it for 32.8 thousand Belarusian rubles (891 thousand Russian rubles). In the Russian Federation, a similar model is sold for at least 992 thousand rubles. Additionally, a Lada Granta with a 106 hp engine, two front airbags and heated seats costs 36.4 thousand Belarusian rubles (988.5 thousand Russian rubles). In Russia, such a car can be purchased for at least 1.05 million rubles.
The reason for the price difference is currently unknown.
Before that AvtoVAZ raised Prices of two Lada models. Thus, the Granta sedan in the Comfort’24 Plus configuration has become 50 thousand rubles more expensive. The increase compared to the previous price was 4.1%. The Granta cable car in the Club’24 version began to cost 30 thousand rubles more (+2.3%).
By the way, the price of the Lada Niva Travel SUV in the Comfort ’24 configuration dropped by 7 thousand rubles (-0.5%). However, in the Black’24, KHL’24 and Luxe’24 trim levels, the price of the car increased by 23 thousand rubles (+1.5–1.6%).
