A new Foton Tunland V9 pickup truck will appear on the Russian market. This was reported by the press service of the Chinese car brand Foton.
The length of the car is 5617 mm, width 2090 mm, height 1955 mm. The Tunland V9 is powered by a 48-volt hybrid powertrain powered by a proprietary 163-hp Aucan diesel engine mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission and BorgWarner transfer case. Drive – full. Ground clearance is 240 mm.
The car’s competitors include the Volkswagen Amarok and Mercedes-Benz X-class pickups. The exact start date and prices of sales have not yet been announced.
Before that, Russian dealers started recommend Foton Tunland G7 pickup for 3.57 million rubles.
The length of the pickup is 5340 mm, the wheelbase is 3110 mm and the carrying capacity is 905 kg. The car is equipped with a two-liter diesel engine producing 163 hp. It is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system. The engine was developed with the participation of the Austrian engineering company AVL.
