At a bicycle parade in Moscow, a scooter rider drove into a convoy of moving cyclists and collided with one of them. reports Baza Telegram channel publishes the video recording of the moment of the accident.
The incident took place in the Garden Ring, where traffic was closed for the bicycle march. In the footage, a group of cyclists can be seen moving through the tunnel across the full width of the road. A man on a rented electric scooter hit one of the cyclists while traveling in the opposite direction. Their condition was not reported.
The Moscow Spring Cycling Festival and Garden Ring cycling race took place in Moscow on May 18, 2024. To achieve these, the Garden Ring was closed to traffic from 7 am and parking on it was prohibited.
