Later Basmanny Court arrested entrepreneur Lev Martirosyan for bribing Yuri Kuznetsov, head of the personnel department of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. As Kommersant learned, Martirosyan bought land in the Krasnodar region and built a house on it for Kuznetsov’s wife. According to the publication, in response, an official from the Ministry of Defense helped the entrepreneur obtain government contracts for the provision of hotel services with a total value of 372 million rubles. Martirosyan will remain in detention until at least July 12.
