Kalashnikov Concern announced the release of a limited edition of motorcycles under the Izh brand for collectors and lovers of two-wheeled vehicles. In this respect reported company press service.
It is stated that the limited series will include historical copies of Izh models produced at the Izhevsk Machine-Building Plant (today Kalashnikov Concern) from 1951 to 1990. We are talking about an electric bike of the Café Racer type for high-speed trips over short distances and a heavy Izh motorcycle for the government project “Cortege”. In addition, modifications of the Pulsar electric motorcycle are planned to be released.
“If such a need arises, the concern will be able to offer effective options for the development of the domestic motorcycle industry and the introduction of advanced solutions in the field of motorcycle construction,” said Alan Lushnikov, head of the Kalashnikov concern.
He added that Kalashnikov has everything necessary for this, including extensive experience in creating models under the Izh brand, the enterprise has a modern production base and a professional team of design engineers, technologists and designers.
