Chinese automaker Geely has started sales of its new seven-seat crossover Okavango in the Russian market. This is stated in the company’s press release (available from socialbites.ca). The model will be available in Luxury and Flagship trim levels. Price – from 3.5 million rubles to 3.6 million rubles.
The length of the car is 4860 mm, its width is 1910 mm and its height is 1770 mm. The wheelbase is 2825 mm. For the Russian market, Geely Okavango is offered in four color options: classic white (enamel) and metallic blue, black and gray.
The vehicle is equipped with a 2.0 liter gasoline engine. The 200 hp Power unit is paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission. The maximum speed of the vehicle is 200 km/h. Fuel consumption in the combined cycle is 7.7 liters per 100 km. The drive is front-wheel drive.
The standard equipment of the luxury car includes LED headlights and taillights, 19-inch alloy wheels, a heated steering wheel and dual-zone climate control with separate air ducts for the first row of seats, second and third rows of seats. The Flagship package includes blind spot monitoring and door warning, electronic lane change and reversing assist, and rear collision warning. The driver’s seat is equipped with a memory function.
