“In snowy weather taxi applications, the coefficient calculation should not exceed 20 percent of the normal cost of a trip under normal conditions. Then the price will be more or less normal for the consumer, and the driver will not be at a disadvantage,” said Alexey Govyrin.
In response, MP Vitaly Milonov said that people should be sure that a trip within a distance of ten kilometers will not cost more than a certain threshold price. According to the MP, this mechanism needs to be legally corrected.

The objection states that if regions begin to impose requirements for the localization of taxi vehicles, then the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the FAS should begin controlling car prices “to prevent price disputes on the part of suppliers.” The procedure for selling cars directly from businesses without any fees from dealers and intermediaries, taking into account the approval of the transaction by the anti-monopoly authority.
