The Kaliningrad Avtotor plant began selling Chinese JMC (Jiangling Motors Corporation) cars under its own AmberTruck brand. In this respect reports Automatic Mail.Ru. Three models in total will be offered for sale.
It is stated that dealers will offer the JMC Vigus pickup truck for sale. The cars are equipped with a 128 hp diesel engine. It is mated to a five-speed manual transmission. The body length is 5345 mm and the wheelbase is 3085 mm.
The second model was the JMC Carrying truck with a gross weight of 3.5 and 5 tons. The car is equipped with a 2.8-liter turbodiesel engine producing 109 hp. The third model is the heavier JMC Conquer truck with a gross weight of 9.4 tonnes. It received a 2.9-liter turbodiesel with 156 hp.
The trademark was registered in January 2024. Ambertruck trucks can be equipped with a variety of add-ons, including flatbed pickups, pickup trucks, garbage trucks, tow trucks and others.
Production of JMC cars in Kaliningrad started In the summer of 2023. Jiangling Motors Corporation was founded in 1993 and is known for manufacturing Ford and Isuzu cars in China.
