“Due to national holidays, work on the main assembly lines of KamAZ has been stopped as of today. The holiday for KAMAZ workers will last from December 30, 2023 to January 8, 2024. “The company will continue its production activities on Tuesday, January 9,” the statement said.
The company noted that, despite all the difficulties and difficulties of modern times, the main tasks assigned to the divisions of KamAZ PJSC for 2023 have been completed.
In 2024, the modernization of KAMAZ production facilities, the development of the K5 truck series and the passenger transport model range will continue. It is also planned to work on P6 engines, the development of the Compass vehicle series (https://t.me/compasstrucks) and other projects.
Before that, it was known that KamAZ had introduced the practice of paying quarterly bonuses to its employees. In January 2024, workers will be given bonuses for October – December 2023. The payment provides for an increasing coefficient depending on the length of service at the facility and a decreasing coefficient for absenteeism at work, including additional days of rest, a period of vacation at one’s own expense and a number of other reasons. . If an employee misses no more than 3 days in three months, his bonus will be reduced to 7 thousand rubles. If you miss four days to a week, it is halved. An employee who has worked at KamAZ for more than five years will receive a quarterly bonus of 11.5 thousand rubles.
