According to him, on Friday morning there was a two-fold increase in travel costs, and later taxi users noted that the price of a trip lasting 35-55 minutes increased from the usual 800 rubles to 2-3.5 thousand rubles. Thus, the cost of some trips within the city has more than quadrupled.
In particular, the cost of traveling from Culture Park to Golyanovo on Friday afternoon was 3.5 thousand rubles, while in the morning it was 1 thousand rubles for the same distance.
One-fifth of monthly precipitation in Moscow on Friday fell due to Hurricane Vanya, and in the Moscow region this rate was up to 33%, Evgeniy Tishkovets, a leading expert at the Phobos meteorological center, told the agency.
