He stated that the attackers mostly implemented the theft plan for all cars.
“This is, for example, when the car is completely burned out or crashes in an accident. There is a market for buying back the documentation for such cars along with the remains. The number of a car in need of maintenance is legalized by changing it to a stolen car. “This is called car whitening,” said the expert.
The expert also emphasized that these cars are not sufficiently protected against theft, so they can be stolen within a minute only if they are equipped with a standard alarm system.
