The incident took place in the city of Staraya Russa. Traffic cops stopped the VAZ-2115 car driven by a 53-year-old man with symptoms of alcohol intoxication. The driver refused a medical examination and offered a bribe in the amount of 30 thousand rubles when preparing a report.
Traffic police inspectors refused to take money from the man, after which the man began to insult law enforcement officers and kicked one of them. The criminal was detained and handcuffed, his car was sent to a private parking lot. The ministry said police are investigating and criminal charges may be filed.
