According to him, the vehicle was stopped only after 150 m after hitting a pothole. As a result of the accident, two wheels of the Cayenne burst and the air suspension became unusable. The owner of the car, named Ekaterina, went to court to recover the repair costs from the road builders.
The court sided with the injured car owner and awarded him 800 thousand rubles, but this amount was only half the cost of restoring the Cayenne. The forensic examination said that the cost of work and spare parts was too high.
