Police identified the 36-year-old driver and opened administrative protocols against him for numerous traffic violations. These include crossing a red light, crossing the opposite lane, turning back against the requirements of signs and markings, lack of OSAGO policy, and violation of seat belt usage rules.
Also, the driver was convicted of petty hooliganism. For this violation, the court sent him to administrative detention. He is also threatened with being denied a driver’s license for entering the oncoming lane.
