Chinese Livan cars, which will replace the Lifan models sold out at dealers, will appear on the Russian market, informs “Rossiyskaya Gazeta” with reference to the Lifan message.
Livan brand is owned by Ruilan Technology, created by Lifan Technology and Geely Automobile after the restructuring of Lifan Industry Group.
“Ruilan Technology is scheduled to launch several new electric vehicle models in 2022. However, a number of vehicles with internal combustion engines and electric traction are being developed for export outside of China, including Russia and the CIS.
Termination of sales of Lifan cars in Russia known in mid-April. This is also evidenced by the company’s sales results in the first three months and the lack of new offers. In 2022, only eight Lifan cars were sold in Russia. According to vehicle registration data, Lifan cars were not registered with the traffic police this year.
