City officials offered to switch to Moskvich cars

The Moscow City Hall fleet may be updated in the near future by replacing foreign cars with domestic ones, mainly Moskvich 3 crossovers.

Moscow State Duma deputy Sergei Mitrokhin addressed Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin with such an initiative.

It is possible that the draft notice of appeal will be processed on 15 February.

As Sergei Mitrokhin noted, “as a Muscovite, he is proud that his hometown is regaining all-Russian leadership in industrial development,” but the success needs to be consolidated, and “Moscow’s resurgent auto industry needs comprehensive state support. ”
