Sales of Voyah Free EVR crossovers with a serial hybrid power plant began in Russia, informs Portal “Chinese cars”.
The cost of the model is 7.29 million rubles, 700 thousand rubles cheaper than the standard electric Voyah Free. Externally, the novelty is no different from an electric car, but under the hood of the crossover there is a 1.5-liter internal combustion engine with a capacity of 109 hp, which acts as a generator for batteries.
The total power of the Voyah Free EVR power plant is 694 hp. In an electric modification against 488 hp and acceleration to the “hundred” takes 0.2 seconds less (and is 4.5 seconds). In both cases, the maximum speed is limited to 200 km/h. The Free EVR can drive up to 140 km on a single battery charge, and up to 694 km (according to the WLTP method) when using the internal combustion engine.
The distribution of Voyah cars in Russia is carried out by the domestic company Motorinvest, which produces Chinese Evolute electric cars near Lipetsk.
