The Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation announced that the new draft law on allocating time for crossing the land border of the Russian Federation applies only to trucks. It has been reported TASS.

The list of control points to which such a system will be applied will be determined according to the situation at the entrances.
“When necessary, this list will be adjusted (increased or decreased) taking into account the creation of the necessary infrastructure,” the Ministry of Transport said.
The ministry also announced that electronic transport documents of the date and time will be reserved free of charge using the state information system.
Earlier, the author of the bill, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Transport and Infrastructure Development Yevgeny Moskvichev, in a conversation with socialbites.ca, spoke about the amendments made to the law “On highways and road activity in Russia”, which provides the transition.
