Spare parts for 117 official dealer centers are supplied by Lada Image, including from stocks for the frozen plant in St. Petersburg.

What about warranty repairs? What about insurance?

— AvtoVAZ has all the stocks of Renault in Russia – this is a huge amount of spare parts. In addition, there is a huge stock of components from the Moskvich plant (formerly Renault), which were planned to be used on the conveyor – all this also goes to spare parts.

I was specifically interested in such critical, in my opinion, positions as gearboxes, including hydromechanical and CVTs – they usually do not “roll” in large volumes in warehouses. The answer was this: dealers change up to ten gearboxes every week – and there are no problems with it. This applies to both hydraulic machines and variators. No problem, as I was assured, and with the repair – and even with the replacement! – engines. As this huge stock of spare parts has been depleted, all deliveries will be made – including spare parts for problematic items.
