A batch of 67 i-Pro sedans and 28 i-Joy crossovers was bought by Primorye’s Green Crab car-sharing service, according to the manufacturer’s press service, the Motorinvest Lipetsk plant. The cars will be available to customers in Vladivostok and the suburbs.
The cars were sold under the state program, so the subsidy for each was 925,000 rubles.
On the territory of the Avilon dealer, the cars were solemnly handed over to the customer. Recall that i-Pro and i-Joy DongFeng are electric vehicles assembled under license in Russia according to the SKD method. Without subsidies, cars cost 3 and 3.5 million rubles, respectively.
In November, the Evolute i-Pro became the leader of the Russian electric car market, surpassing the Volkswagen ID.4. In total, Russians bought 380 electric vehicles last month, Autostat reported. Tesla took the lead in the rating of brands – 84 units purchased, but Evolute lagged quite a bit behind – 79 cars.
