Four people were killed and one was injured in an accident on the Tomsk-Mariinsk highway as a result of a collision between a truck and an ambulance.
The truck driver did not miss the ambulance, which drove with special signals. She caught fire after the collision.
As it turned out, the 40-year-old alleged perpetrator of the accident has no right to drive vehicles.
Investigators of the SO OMVD of Russia for the Tomsk region filed a criminal case for a fatal accident, the truck driver was detained.
