While driving around the ring road, the back door of the car opened and a three-year-old child fell out onto the asphalt. The mother, horrified, ran out to rescue the child from under the wheels of other cars.
The woman grabbed the boy and sat in the backseat with him. GAI calculated the participants in the incident. It turned out that the 32-year-old driver’s son was not wearing his seatbelt while driving, so he got out of the child seat and opened the door. The boy was not injured, but was very shaken.
In Russia, a driver would be fined 3,000 rubles for this (Part 3, Article 12.23 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).
