The Ministry of Transport of the Moscow region said that all data on the markings on the roads has been entered into the memory of the photo and video recording complex.
The camera therefore does not really care whether the markings are covered with snow or not: the complex simply knows that it is there.
But for pictures taken by the camera in such road conditions, there is an important addition – before issuing a resolution, they must be viewed by traffic police officers. And if the formatting is not visible in the photo, the employee must refuse such material.
It’s good for cameras, with their technological “memory”, but it’s better for drivers to adhere to the “don’t break” principle, even if the markers are covered with snow.
