The soldiers mobilized from Tatarstan, who took part in the NMD, thanked their indigenous company for the humanitarian aid that was provided to them.
“In this difficult time for our country, we, the mobilized military of the Republic of Tatarstan, stand ready to defend the interests of our state and our relatives.
Workers and specialists were drafted into the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation from the Republic of Tatarstan, including PJSC KAMAZ. The entire staff of the military unit expresses its gratitude for the humanitarian assistance provided by the General Director of PJSC KAMAZ Sergey Kogogin to the personnel of the mobilized Republic of Tatarstan,” reads the text of the appeal.
PJSC KAMAZ was one of the first to support its employees called up under partial mobilization. A program of additional measures has been developed here to support these citizens and their families. The mobilized workers of KAMAZ receive another 50,000 rubles from the enterprise and keep their jobs.
In addition, KAMAZ provided the drafted workers with sets of equipment worth 150,000 rubles each.
In March and August, KAMAZ workers collected a total of 15 million rubles, which were used to buy humanitarian aid and send it to the Donbass. This is the largest amount of voluntary donations in all years of factory workers’ participation in such charitable campaigns.
